  • Returns:

    • LKA does not handle returns directly. All returns must be initiated through the original vendor from which the product was purchased.
    • Please refer to the return policy of the specific vendor from whom you purchased the product.
    • LKA is not liable for any returns, including but not limited to damaged or defective items.

  • Refunds:

    • Requests for refunds must be made directly to the vendor from which the product was purchased.
    • Refund eligibility and procedures are subject to the policies of the individual vendor.
    • LKA is not responsible for issuing refunds for any products purchased through third-party vendors.

  • Exchanges:

    • Exchanges for products must be facilitated directly with the vendor from which the product was purchased.
    • LKA does not participate in the exchange process and is not responsible for coordinating exchanges.

  • Contacting Vendors:

    • It is the responsibility of the buyer to reach out directly to the vendor for any issues related to returns, refunds, or exchanges. If there are issues making contact, the buyer can reach out to LKA who will attempt to assist the buyer in making contact with the third party vendor.
    • Contact information for the vendor can usually be found on the purchase receipt or their website/portal.

  • Non-Liability:

    • LKA School is not liable for any products purchased through third-party vendors.
    • We do not assume responsibility for the quality, condition, or performance of products sold by vendors.
    • Any disputes or issues regarding purchases must be resolved directly with the vendor. If there are issues making contact, the buyer can reach out to LKA who will attempt to assist the buyer in making contact with the third party vendor.
